Financial and workspace data

Financial and workspace data belongs to the workspace or customer that provides it. Adjustable does not sell customer financial data. Access to workspace data is limited to authenticated workspace members, authorized service providers, and authorized Adjustable personnel where needed to operate, secure, support, or improve the service.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing user access, permissions, connected integrations, and the information added to their workspace.

Connected integrations

Adjustable may allow you to connect third-party services, such as accounting platforms, finance systems, banking tools, payment processors, or other business applications. If you connect an integration, we may collect and process information from that service as authorized by you or your workspace.

Integration data may include account lists, balances, transactions, reports, company information, tokens, metadata, or other information made available through the connected service.

You may disconnect integrations through the Adjustable application, where available. Disconnecting an integration may stop future syncing, but it may not automatically delete data that was previously imported or generated from that integration.

Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, secure sessions, understand product usage, improve performance, and operate the service.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect the functionality, security, or availability of Adjustable.

Data sharing

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate Adjustable, including hosting, infrastructure, database, analytics, authentication, email, logging, monitoring, security, customer support, billing, and integration providers.

We may also disclose information:

  • At your direction or with your consent.
  • To workspace members according to their roles and permissions.
  • To comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, government request, or legal process.
  • To protect the rights, property, safety, and security of Adjustable, our users, customers, partners, service providers, and the public.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate transaction, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Adjustable, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business purposes.

Workspace owners may request deletion of workspace data, subject to applicable legal, security, backup, and operational limitations. Some information may remain in backups, audit logs, security logs, or archived records for a limited period before deletion.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, encryption, logging, monitoring, restricted production access, and security review processes.

No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for ensuring that workspace access is granted only to appropriate users.

International data processing

Adjustable and our service providers may process information in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using Adjustable, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your location.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a privacy request, contact us using the contact information below. We may need to verify your identity and your authority to act on behalf of a workspace before completing a request.

Children's privacy

Adjustable is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the application, by email, or through other appropriate means.

Your continued use of Adjustable after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.
